Inspector Vikram follows a sharp-minded Sub-Inspector who is assigned to investigate a drug racket in Manipal. He teams up with Bhavana, an undercover officer, and together they expose the drug network.Later, Vikram investigates the murder of journalist Arvind Aradhya and discovers that ACP Prathap Mishra is behind the crime. When Bhavana and Aradhya’s daughter are taken hostage, Vikram, with help from actor Darshan, rescues them and arrests Prathap.
